Get your rirekisho Japan-ready.

Your rirekisho is the first interview. In Japan, the rules are different: the format, the photo, the tone, and what employers read between the lines. We review your Japanese resume (rirekisho) and tell you exactly what to fix before you apply.

How it works

  1. Order and upload. Pay online, then send us your current rirekisho (or your work history if you don't have one yet) and the type of job you want.
  2. We review. A bilingual reviewer who knows Japanese hiring practices goes through every line.
  3. You apply with confidence. You receive your annotated file and summary. Premium includes the 30-minute session.

FAQ

I do not have a rirekisho yet. Can I still order?
Yes. Send us your work history (in English or Japanese) and we will advise you on building the rirekisho, including the photo and the motivation statement (shibou douki).

How do you deliver?
By email, as an annotated PDF or Word file. Premium sessions are held online at a time you book.

Do you guarantee interviews or job offers?
No one can honestly promise that. We improve how you present yourself to Japanese employers, based on real hiring practices.

What if my resume is very short or I have little experience?
That is common and nothing to worry about. We focus on presenting what you have in the way Japanese employers expect.
